The safety of your data is important to us. We process your data exclusively based on legal provisions such as the GDPR. With this data protection declaration, we inform you about our company's most important aspects of data processing.

Processing of medical data

To create care profiles, we need detailed medical and care-related information. These are used exclusively to compare nursing staff and those seeking care. We know that these are data sets of special categories per Article 9 GDPR. Accordingly, we have optimised the technical and organisational measures to the increased level of protection for this type of data. Except for the form submitted by the person seeking care, this information is only stored in our database in pseudonymised form. Deletion from the care database can be initiated by the person concerned or their legal representative.

Data relevant to tax law is processed separately, stored, and deleted by tax law requirements.

Data storage

The data provided by you, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as all other information about your request, is used to answer your request, to carry out non-binding or pre-contractual measures (e.g. preparation of an offer and transmission) and, if necessary, for later fulfilment of the contract required. Without this data, we cannot provide you with the information you need or conclude the contract with you. If an agreement is completed or if you are already a customer of our company, we collect and store further data from you necessary to fulfil the contract. These include your bank details or credit card number, your UID number, and other specific individual order data.

Data transfer to third parties

Without your express consent, your data will not be passed on to third parties. An exception is the transmission of the necessary information to our trusted service providers and public authorities, such as:

  • to our tax advisor to fulfil my tax obligations,

  • to our IT service providers, e.g. necessary data security measures (backups),

  • to authorities, legal representatives and courts (only if necessary),

  • to banks and other payment service providers in the course of payment processing,

  • to other contractual partners if this is necessary in your order or booking to fulfil the contract.

These are examples in which data transmission is necessary to comply with legal requirements, to fulfil a contract or because of our legitimate interest. All service providers mentioned here are also subject to the GDPR.

If no contract is concluded, stored data will be deleted after six months. If an agreement is completed, all data from the contractual relationship will be held until the statutory retention periods have expired (e.g. warranty, product liability, retention period under tax law, etc.).

Payment provider

Insofar as it is necessary to fulfil the contract, data will also be passed on to our payment service provider or the bank responsible for processing the payment. The scope of the data is limited to the minimum required for contract processing.

When paying by credit card or direct debit, payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Block 4, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Road, Dublin 2, Ireland. Google Fonts

This website uses Google Fonts from Google Inc. The person responsible for data protection is Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland. For more details, please refer to Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

Google reCAPTCHA

This website uses “Google reCAPTCHA” (from now on “reCAPTCHA”). The provider is Google Inc. The person responsible for data protection is Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.

With reCAPTCHA, it is checked whether the data entered on this website (e.g. in a contact form) is done by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyses website visitors' behaviour based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as visitors load this website in their browser. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates different information (e.g. IP address, how long the website visitor spends on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The collected data is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.

Data processing is based on Article 6, Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offerings from abusive, automated spying and SPAM.

For more information about Google reCAPTCHA and Google's privacy policy, see the following links: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy and https://www.google.com/recaptcha/about

Social media

This website uses elements of social media services from the platforms of the Meta group of companies (Facebook, Instagram) and Twitter to display images, videos and texts from our social media profiles and to link to our social media profiles. By visiting pages that display these elements, data is transferred from your browser to the respective social media service and stored there. We have no access to this data.

You can find detailed data protection information on our social media profiles in our data protection declaration for social media services.

Cookies

This website uses the following HTTP cookies to store user-specific data and to provide you with the best possible visit to our website: https://www.wix.com/about/de-cookie-table

You decide for yourself how and whether you want to use cookies. If you want to determine which cookies your browser has stored on your end device or if you want to change cookie settings, you can configure your browser accordingly. Instructions for the most common browsers can be found here:

If you want to prevent the storage of cookies in general, you can set up your browser so that you are always informed in advance as soon as a cookie is to be stored. You can decide whether you allow its storage for each cookie. The procedure varies depending on the browser; see the instructions above.

Children and young people

The range of services on this website is aimed exclusively at adults with total legal capacity. Persons under the age of 18 should not transmit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents or guardians.

Server log files

The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are, for example, browser type, browser version, hostname, time, operating system, and referrer URL. This data is not combined with other data sources and is only checked in the event of illegal use of this website.

TLS encryption with https

This website uses HTTPS to transmit data securely over the internet. Confidential data is protected through TLS (Transport Layer Security), an encryption protocol for secure data transmission on the Internet. You can recognise the active use of safe and encrypted data transmission between your browser and the web servers of the provider of this website by the lock symbol on the left, in the address line of the browser and by the use of the HTTPS protocol (instead of HTTP) as part of the URL of this website.

Content Management System (CMS)

This website is developed and operated based on WiX.com ("WiX"). User privacy is of the utmost importance to WiX, and the provider is committed to protecting your personal information and using it properly. For more information, see WiX's privacy policy.

Unless otherwise explicitly mentioned in this data protection declaration, all modules are integral parts of the technical infrastructure of WiX and not integrated via a third party. This ensures the consistent use of appropriate data protection measures by the manufacturer, based in Israel and on an equal footing with European manufacturers due to the European Commission's adequacy decision.

Legal basis

The legal bases for processing your data are fulfilling a contract, legitimate interests, and the completion of legal or contractual obligations. The processing takes place by Art. 6 GDPR.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority you prefer or to us directly using the contact details given at the top of the page .

General

We reserve the right to change this data protection declaration at any time with effect for the future. The current version is available on our website.
